ABOUT BURFORD HEATING AND AC
For over 35+ years, Burford Heating and Air Conditioning has been providing the local residents of Burford, Brantford, Brant County, Haldimand Norfolk and the surrounding area with complete HVAC, furnace and air conditioning services, and heating systems.
THE BEGINNING
At its inception in 1984, Burford Heating and AC was opened by John Dzsodzsak who focused on being a small, reliable, trustworthy, country HVAC service offering honest, old fashioned, high-quality services.
Over the decades the business continued to grow along with its reputation as an HVAC service you could trust to do the job right, show up on time, and make sure you’re happy with the finished result.
THE PRESENT
As John continued to service his clientele the business continued to grow developing a reputation where in 2016, he decided to pass the reigns over by selling the business to James Scorgie (known as JR.)
While still to this day John remains on staff doing what he loves and servicing the customer base he began building over 35 years ago.
HOW WE DO HVAC DIFFERENTLY
It’s actually pretty simple, we believe in doing business the way John has continued to do business over more than three decades, and how most businesses use to operate.
- We believe in honest old-fashioned business integrity where if you say you’re going to do something – you do it.
- We treat our clients like our friends and family – we’re there for you when you need us and we’re never going to take advantage of you when you’re dealing with an emergency. Rather, we’re going to do whatever we can to help you get through it.
- We don’t believe in high-pressure or pushy sales tactics. We believe in honest upfront pricing with no surprises, coupled with unmatched quality and craftsmanship.
- We DEFINITELY DO NOT use unfair, misleading, and highly unethical agreements, contracts, and payment plans for our HVAC system installations. We ONLY offer our clients honest and fair financing options. PERIOD.
