I used to use Burford for everything. Unfortunately they installed a water heater for me after the install they left me a mess and then the pipe above the water heater broke and flooded my basement. I called and got no response from the owner. The salesman who I dealt with got back to me and said, “Honey, this isn’t our problem.” Very disrespectful and they don’t back their work. I had to get a plumber in to fix their problem and was told that they stressed the pipe when they cut it. Too bad, I used to recommend them to everyone. Now I am telling everyone to find someone else.

Furnace stopped working in the middle of a blizzard 2 days before Christmas and Paul the service tech drove out in the storm to repair our unit. Amazing customer service. Highly recommend

Would not recommend this company. Poor install of a garage heater. Although it does work. Asked them to come back and straighten the exhaust pipe in the spring... still waiting.The worst part was the attempt to install a gas line for a Generac. Used a small flex line not capable of supplying enough to run the Generac. Also the location was illegal. They have no idea what they are doing.

These guys are amazing!! They go above and beyond!! We have needed them a few times this winter. They found the problems quickly and they were fixed properly. They always explain clearly what needs to be done and why. They are also very fairly priced!! I strongly recommend them!! Thanks for all your help, guys!!

If I could give them less than a star I would. They are awful to deal with.They forgot about their appointment the first time, then weren’t prepared when they actually showed up to install the heater.Then when the heater didn’t work, I was blamed for it…. I’m not a hvac professional… I don’t know what is wrong… that’s why I hired them.Then they sent the bill and the very next day I’m asked how I am going to pay for it, before they had even looked to see what was wrong with it and then they assumed that I wouldn’t pay the bill at all.Save you time and money and deal with someone else.

Very impressed with this company. Fair and honest. The owner James is down to earth and easy to talk to. Techs Dylan and Dan were both great. Dan is a true professional and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company! Sales guy, Dave, was excellent. Made me very comfortable with using the service and explained everything in detail. This new owner and the technician (his name is Dan) are super professionals and very nice people to work with. I can only say good things about them. They are very honourable people, a trait which is hard to find with many companies and their employees. I would recommend them to anyone or company hoping to install or fix their ac systems. We have worked with James and his crew for about 8 months both for personal and business. James and team (Dan included) manage a business that is seldom seen today - top notch!! Responsiveness is incredible ... they truly understand when something is urgent vs it can wait a few hours (ie no air conditioning in 100 degrees in a service business takes priority) and they do everything possible to provide a fair price and explain what is happening. We are so grateful to be able to work with them regularly. James you and your team are lifesavers. Thank you.
